Virtual Populations in a QSP context
This February meeting for all COSBI people (including researcher staff, consultants, managers, interns….), held by Niccolò D’Agaro, focused on the use of Virtual Populations in a QSP context, presenting characteristics, potential and limitations of this mathematical modeling technique. Specifically, Virtual Population’s main goal is to reproduce the complex biological variability which can be observed on a clinical population of interest, in order to study in silico the interaction between drugs and different kind of patients.
