Computational Analysis of Cytokine Release Following Immunotherapy
The paper of Selvaggio et al. was developed as results of a collaboration with Amgen inc. and aim at analyzing in silico the cytokine release after the treatment with bispecific T-Cell engager therapy, trying to outline possible co-medication that could mitigate the inflammatory syndrome without impairing the antitumoral capacity of the drug.
